The order is placed after full payment on the kolomatska.com website
Shipments are made within 1-2 business days after the store receives payment. Shipments are not made on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders placed on Friday after 15:00 will be shipped on Monday.
All orders in Ukraine are sent using the "Nova Poshta" service to a branch, a post office machine or to an address by courier. Delivery of goods is carried out at the expense of the client in accordance with the tariffs of Nova Poshta.
After sending the order, the client receives a TTN (waybill) number for tracking his parcel to the email specified during the order.

International delivery
Delivery to the territory of European countries is carried out by Nova Poshta Global, 14-21 days - UAH 1400. In Poland, it is carried out by the carrier Inpost, 5-10 days - UAH 600. Delivery to the USA and Canada is also carried out by Nova Poshta Global, 12-15 days - UAH 1600. We deliver to other countries of the world by Ukrposhta, 21-29 days - UAH 3400.
The choice of the carrier may be changed due to the war in Ukraine and the availability of certain delivery routes. Please also note that due to the current situation in Ukraine, international postal services may work with delays.
Payment for the delivery service is made together with the payment for the product.
